24 September 2025I was in a desperate situation because another 'online' florist did not deliver the flowers ordered to a family funeral. I called and talked to Vicky, and she showed tremendous empathy, and stopped what she was doing, and put an arrangement together for us and had it delivered to the funeral home within the hour. It was a beautiful arrangement obviously created with care! The customer service shown to us in our time of need was impeccable. I would never go with another florist again after the experience I had with Bloom and Bramble. There aren't enough words to properly show my gratitute. Thank you!!
